  • Clear-Az-Glass fencing offer an obligation free quote
  • By acceptance of the quotation, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, and agree to pay a 25% deposit prior to commencement of work, the balance owing to be paid on installation
  • All balances are COD. Payment is required on completion of work. Please pay our installer.
  • Payment can be made in cash, cheque or internet transfer. In the case of internet transfer, proof of payment is required on completion of work.
  • Please use quote number as reference when paying into bank account.
  • *Custom panels are ordered once the glass has been installed to that point, therefore a further payment of 50% will be due at this time, and the last 25% is due at the time of the installation of the Custom Panel.
  • Title and ownership to any goods sold to the customer on this invoice or any related invoice shall remain with the supplier and will not pass to the customer until such times as full payment of this invoice and any other related invoices.
  • Clear-Az-glass fencing retains the right to enter any premises of the customer to recover any goods in which it has title. Any expense, costs or disbursements incurred by Clear-az-glass fencing in recovering outstanding monies including debt collection agency fees and solicitor costs shall be paid by the customer.
  • Clear-Az-glass fencing and their installers accept no responsibility for the ground in which the fence is installed. All earthworks including levelling and compacting are to be carried out by the owner.
  • Any unexpected obstructions found under the surface of the ground that cannot be readily overcome, shall be the owners responsibility to remedy before work shall recommence.
  • If core drilling is to take place on your property any damage that may be caused to reticulation pipes, water pipes, electrical conducts will be the owner’s responsibility. Please ensure that where the fence is to run there are no obstructions in the ground underneath the fence line.
  • Location of boundary lines is the client’s responsibility. Clear-Az-Glass Fencing personnel will install the fence along the line you decide. Any changes that may need to occur because it does not meet boundaries surveyed is the clients responsibility.
  • Clear-Az-Glass Fencing offers a 5 year warranty on workmanship.
  • On completion of the fencing installation, the customer will be required to inspect the work, and give approval by way of acceptance that the workmanship is to the standard expected, and that the goods that have been provided and installed are as stated in the quote.
  • The warranty covers “workmanship” ie: all working parts, and includes any discrepancies of the installation of the glass fencing.
  • Glass will be replaced upon inspection if required, but will not be replaced at a later date. Glass breakage must be covered by the customers own insurance.
  • The warranty does not cover “acts of God”, owner abuse, malicious destruction, or anything, for that matter, outside of a mechanical failure incurred with normal personal usage.

  • Some goods may not be available but we will endeavor to get them in for you at the advertised price during the period of the sale.
  • We accept no responsibility if goods are unavailable due to circumstances beyondour control.
  • Sizes quoted may be approximate only and are subject to change from the suppliers.
  • Conditions apply to all manufacturers warranties, which will be provided when askedin writing.
  • Models are current at time of print but may be subject to manufacturers change.
  • The prices for goods shown in this advertising supplement are not including GST .
